Who does Supply Station USA sell to?
Federal, state, and local government agencies — including U.S. military installations CONUS and OCONUS, embassies, and K-12 districts. We do not sell to retail consumers. Past performance includes the U.S. Navy, DoDEA Guam, U.S. Embassy Manila, California Department of Fish & Wildlife, California Highway Patrol, CDCR, CDSS, and Orange County Child Care.

Which small-business set-asides do you qualify for?
We are a self-certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), an Asian-Pacific American-Owned firm, and a California DGS SB(Micro)-certified small business (Cert 2022320). Under California rules, eligible state agencies can use a direct-award (no-bid) process for purchases up to $250,000 with our SB(Micro) status.

How do I place an order?
Three ways: (1) submit a quote request via the contact funnel; (2) submit a full RFQ with attachments via the RFQ form; or (3) email team@supplystationusa.com directly with your solicitation or PO. We respond within one business day with multi-vendor sourcing, pricing, and lead time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Government purchase order (PO), Government Purchase Card (GPC / SmartPay), ACH, and check. Net terms are negotiated per PO consistent with FAR and agency rules.
Lead times & shipping
What are typical lead times?
Quote turnaround: within one business day. Order lead time depends on vendor stock and delivery distance — common office and IT items ship within 3–7 business days CONUS; specialty, military, and OCONUS items can range from two to eight weeks. Every quote includes a specific lead-time estimate.
OCONUS & shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we regularly deliver to U.S. installations and embassies in Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Bahrain, and the Philippines, including via diplomatic pouch where authorized. Past performance includes DoDEA Guam, U.S. Embassy Manila, U.S. Navy Bahrain, and Dept. of Ed Virgin Islands.
Returns & warranties
What is your return and restocking policy?
Damaged-in-transit items: refuse delivery or note damage on the carrier record and notify us within 10 days. Defective items: contact us within 30 days for credit, replacement, or store credit. Non-damaged unopened items: returnable within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Opened non-defective items are not returnable. Full policy on the Returns page.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly. Once an order has been sent to the warehouse for shipment, it cannot be canceled. To attempt a cancellation, call (661) 583-5308 immediately after placing the order and we will try to stop the shipment.
Contract vehicles
Are you on a GSA Schedule?
A GSA Schedule application is in progress. In the meantime, we sell via direct agency PO, SAM.gov opportunity responses, and California state contract vehicles where applicable. Contact us to discuss the right vehicle for your purchase.
How we work
Who are your vendor partners?
We hold over 60 active vendor relationships and 19+ California resale certificates with manufacturers and distributors including Acme Tools, Caterpillar, Hawthorne CAT, Uline, Lab Alley, Industrial Webbing, Gaylord Archival, Office Depot, Joann, Apple, and many more. The full vendor list is shared with awarded buyers on request.
How fast will you respond to a quote request?
Within one U.S. business day, typically much sooner. For active solicitations submitted via the RFQ form, we acknowledge receipt immediately and target a fully sourced quote within one to two business days, depending on the number of line items and vendor responses.
